returns policy

At Cello Bello Pty Ltd, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, however, there are some limitations to what can be returned or exchanged.

Please note that return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Returns

We generally do not accept returns on perishable goods, including alcoholic beverages.
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out to us at drink@cellobello.com.au, we're happy to help.

If a return has been approved (under exceptional circumstances), and we’ve received and reviewed the item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: your bank or card issuer may take additional time to finalise the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
If your order arrived damaged, please email drink@cellobello.com.au within 3 days of delivery. We may request clear photographs as proof so we can resolve the issue swiftly.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods, including alcoholic beverages

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Faulty Items

On rare occasions, a bottle may arrive with a damaged seal or be compromised during transit. If this happens through no fault of your own, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a credit note.
