SECTION 4 – ORDERS, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

By placing an order, you:

  • Confirm all information provided is accurate.

  • Authorise us to charge your nominated payment method.

  • Acknowledge orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Delivery:
Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days and dispatched via our trusted delivery partners. Delivery may take 2–7 days based on your location. You must ensure someone 18+ is available to receive your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, bulk/reseller purchases, or violate applicable laws.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If your product is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We may offer a replacement, refund, or credit note after reviewing the issue and confirming fault.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Opened or used products

  • Products received more than 30 days ago
